Inheritance law should become “readable”

Social reality has long since overtaken inheritance law. Now, by the fall at the latest, it is to undergo a reform. Caregiving by relatives and partners will be taken into account in the future, and the latter will be eligible even without a will if there are no other legal heirs. The transfer of family businesses is to be made easier.
